Thai massage is an ancient and dynamic form of massage and healing therapy that works on energy lines in the body, linked to Chinese acupuncture and Indian Ayurveda.
Emma is a qualified Thai Massage Therapist who trained with Jungle Healing and is a member of the Sunshine Network. Emma is a registered member of FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists).


What to Expect
Emma’s Thai massage approach uses deep pressure and passive stretching techniques on a traditional Thai massage mat to promote whole body relaxation. It is extremely beneficial in reducing stress, tension and chronic pain and promoting good mental health.
Stimulation of traditional energy lines in the body improves blood circulation to targeted areas and promotes healing and balance. Passive stretching movements improve joint flexibility and range of motion.
Thai massages are fully clothed and use passive yoga like stretches, targeting energy points to address imbalance in the body.
