She works with Children, Teens, Adults and Schools offering yoga, massage and training. Her mix of Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness, Vinyasa Flow and Thai Yoga Massage helps people of all ages and abilities connect to their breath and their bodies.

Yoga and Massage can help manage and relieve stress, pain and anxiety and gives children, teens and adults the chance to feel confident and good in their own bodies. Yoga and Massage gives all of us the tools to lead a more grounded, balanced and mindful daily life.
